He received his Masters degree from the National Institute of Baking and Pastry in Rouen (INBP).
He worked in artisanal pastry shops for over 18 years.

Classes are designed for all experience levels : beginners, those with experience, even children older than 8 years old.

"Faites-le Vous-Même" is the French name of our Pastry school.
The school is located in Rouen, a city just north of Paris in Normandy.

Cost of classes
All ingredients and equipment are provided, and at the end of the workshop student may take the recipes and the pastries home with them. All classes are in French.
